1.01: Can I return a purchased Item? (Back to Top)
At its discretion, BIP shall provide refunds for opened Video DVD program purchased at The Store. This policy does not extend to gift certificates for digital products like stock photos, stock videos.
Except as specifically provided in the license; Brilliant Image Productions, LLC. does not accept refunds or returns on used digital products purchased.
You are liable for all charges posted to your credit card account.
As the customer you must:
a) Ensure that you meet the software requirements for Digital Products licensed from The Store including but not limited to owning any related products etc.
b) Ensure that you meet the computer requirements for Digital Products including but not limited to video cards, drivers, operating systems etc.
c) Ensure that you have access to an active Internet connection if required by the product.
d) If you are buying stock images for download, ensure that you see the lower resolution image.
1.02: Do I need a BIP Account to make a purchase from the store? (Back to Top)
No, you do not need to have a BIP Account to make a purchase from the store.
1.03: Will I receive an order or purchase confirmation? (Back to Top)
An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided with your account. You will have the opportunity to print out the invoice at the end of the transaction. We store all invoices with your account information for future reference

This is not a service we are offering at this time.

We accept most major credits, transactions.
If your card is declined, it is likely that we cannot accept it.
1.06: Why did my credit card get declined? What should I do now? (Back to Top)
We are not able to provide specific reasons for why a purchase transaction was declined. Some possible causes for being declined we suggest you investigate would be insufficient funds and an error in the verification of your personal information. We do positive address verification on your credit card information to help protect your purchase transaction; if an error was made in entering the address your transaction may be declined. There may also have been a problem contacting your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for more information.

You can email us or call us and we will help you out.
1.09: Does BIP store my credit card information after I make a purchase? (Back to Top)
No, BIP does not store credit card information which may be used to make a purchase after you have made your purchase. We do record your transaction information and an order number. The credit card information we collect is sent to our payment authorizer and they will store your information as they require.
1.10: How do I make a purchase from the BIP Online Store? (Back to Top)
1. Find the item(s) you would like to purchase. Once you have chosen an item to purchase clicks Add to Cart or Buy now.
2. Enter the quantity number would like to purchase.
3. You can enter zip code to calculate total order amount if your item require shipping.
4. You are given an option to create a PayPal account (We use paypal as our credit cad processor) or you can check out without creating PayPal account. Is you have one already, you can log in.
5. If you wish to add special instructions to BIP. Click on Add special instruction to seller.
6. If you want to conclude your shopping trip, click the pay now button.
10. After pressing Proceed to Secure Checkout, you will then be taken to Brilliant image Productions web site
1.11: How do I view a receipt for a purchase made at the Store? (Back to Top)
When you purchase an item, the receipt is emailed to you automatically. Please check your email.
